It provides high suppression of out-of-band signals while maintaining accurate GNSS positioning, making it ideal for challenging RF environments.

The AJ979XF+ MAR Anti-Jam antenna is engineered to reduce interference and jamming from signals transmitted near ground level. Its Low Elevation Angle Nulling Antenna (LEANA) radiation pattern delivers about 20 dB of wideband suppression for GNSS signals arriving from very low angles, specifically between 0° and roughly 15° elevation.
This suppression capability has been shown to effectively counter jamming signals at around a 10° elevation angle, allowing the AJ979XF+ MAR to operate up to ten times closer to a jammer compared to a standard HC977XF helical antenna.
By combining low-angle signal rejection with advanced eXtended Filtering technology—featuring deep filtering and high linearity—the antenna provides strong protection against both intentional jamming and general RF noise. Meanwhile, for signals arriving above 20° elevation, the antenna maintains high gain and a stable phase center, ensuring reliable and precise positioning performance.
