Calian CR8894SXF Plus Anti-Jam Four Element Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna

The Calian CR8894SXF+ GNSS antenna mitigates interference and jamming using XF+ filtering and CRPA null-forming technology. It outputs a clean RF signal compatible with all GNSS receivers and provides NMEA jamming alerts via RS232 and RS422. Rugged, lightweight, and IP69K-rated, it is ideal for military, drone, and vehicle applications.

Calian CR8894SXF Plus Anti-Jam Four Element Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna

The Calian CR8894SXF+ is a high-performance GNSS antenna designed to maintain signal integrity in environments with strong interference or jamming. Standard GNSS antennas can saturate under such conditions, but the CR8894SXF+ employs two advanced technologies: eXtended Filtering+ (XF+) and Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA). XF+ provides over 80 dB of out-of-band rejection from 400 MHz to 3000 MHz and separates the LNA’s upper and lower amplification channels, allowing one channel to remain usable if the other is jammed. CRPA technology creates radiation pattern nulls toward interference sources, preventing LNA saturation and ensuring a usable GNSS signal.

The antenna outputs a standard RF signal compatible with all commercial GNSS receivers while integrating Tallysman Accutenna® technology, low-power analog interference detection, and mitigation within a compact, lightweight surface-mount enclosure. Two serial interfaces (RS232 and RS422) provide NMEA messages with jamming detection, mitigation status, jammer frequency, and direction relative to the antenna, enhancing situational awareness.

Designed for demanding military, drone, and vehicle applications, the CR8894SXF+ features a rugged, waterproof IP69K enclosure. It is surface-mounted with four screws, and the RF (SMA or TNC) and serial connectors are centrally located and fully sealed to prevent water ingress.
