Astra Evolution E6-ST23

The Astra Evolution E6-ST23 is a professional-grade outdoor subscriber terminal designed for wireless access networks in the five and six gigahertz frequency bands. Its integrated 23 dBi dual-polarized antenna features a 10x10 degree beam pattern, providing stable connectivity and reliable signal performance over distances up to fifteen kilometers.

The terminal supports channel widths from ten to eighty megahertz and delivers up to six hundred seventy megabits per second of throughput in an eighty megahertz channel. MIMO 2x2 and OFDM technologies ensure efficient spectrum use and high-quality link performance, even in challenging environments.

Advanced radio control features include automatic bitrate and transmit power adjustment, dynamic distance learning, and configurable uplink and downlink ratios. Built-in spectrum analyzer and antenna alignment tools simplify installation, while DFS and radar detection maintain stable operation in shared frequency bands.

Networking features include IP-over-IP and Ethernet-over-IP tunnels, multipool NAT, VLAN and QoS support, and integration with Astra’s proprietary MINT protocol for scalable and flexible network deployment. Voice-aware packet handling ensures low-latency performance for real-time applications.

The unit includes a single Gigabit Ethernet interface and supports multiple power options, including AC, DC, and PoE. Management is available via web interface, SNMP, SSH, and integration with Astra EMS NEXT for centralized monitoring and automated updates.

Housed in a weatherproof IP66 and IP67-rated enclosure, the Evolution E6-ST23 operates reliably in outdoor conditions across a wide temperature range. Its combination of integrated high-gain antenna, advanced radio technology, and robust management makes it ideal for medium-range subscriber links and enterprise-grade outdoor wireless networks.
